Charges
All deliveries in the United Kingdom will incur a postage charge of £3.00 (inc. VAT). This applies to all lingerie, dresses, swimwear and any other clothing. For bedlinen there is a delivery charge of £3.53 (inc. VAT) in the UK. This is due to the excess weight and cost of insurance and postage.
For Europe, delivery of clothing is £5.00 and with bedlinen it is £8.50
For overseas, delivery of clothing is £5.50 and with bedlinen it is £8.50

All prices are in GB Pounds and are shown exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax at 17.5%), when you review your basket the prices are shown excluding vat. Once you have selected your invoice/delivery country the final order screen will display VAT if you have chosen a country within the EU (including UK).

All credit card transactions are made through Worldpay.

Returns and Refunds
We try and provide products of a good standard backed by a quick and efficient service. If however you are dissatisfied or wish to make a complaint then please email us or call us on the customer service number during office hours. The person to contact is Mr D. Persha. We shall endeavor to be fair, confidential and speedy in resolving the dispute.

Any goods which are found to be faulty, wrong size, or simply unwanted can be returned for a replacement or refund. Goods should be returned in their original packing within 30 days of receiving them. Please keep record of posting. All items subject to availability.

Delivery
We will normally deliver your goods within 7 working days of receiving your order but please allow 28 days for delivery. If early delivery is essential for an occasion, i.e. Wedding, Birthday, please write this in the additional information box on the order form.

Gift Wrapping
We now offer a gift wrapping service. Select the colour you want from our range and we will turn your order into a beautifully presented gift with a bow and matching gift card. You only need to add this to your basket once per order. You must enter your gift message (max 10 words) in the specified box on the "Customer Details" page.

A problem of fear, not fraud
Logging On: Fear of fraud may well be a factor in the failure of internet shopping to live up to the expectations of the industry, but the actual likelihood of being defrauded is very different. We think nothing of loudly reading credit card details over the phone in a crowded office. Yet this is about as sensible as quaffing paint stripper. And next time your card is swiped through a shop's machine or personally keyed in by the supermarket cashier, take a moment to consider that there is no real difference between this and transmitting card details over a secure internet connection. It is very hard to intercept and decrypt transmissions between websites. This is admitted by Apacs the body representing the credit and debit card industry. Last year only 60 million of 3.9 billion card transactions were carried out online. That number will rise faster and faster as people realise that internet shopping will no more expose them to fraud than eating in a restaurant or buying theatre tickets does now. Promise.

Reserve Order
Ever seen an item on the web and thought this would make an ideal present for someone but since the occasion for this gift is still weeks or months away there is no point in buying now. Then when the event approaches you are either too busy or have forgotten where you saw the item. Well we now have a service just for such a problem.

The title says it all. Don't buy, don't even pay, just reserve your order. Simply select the items you want, give your basic details such as name, address, phone and email address and VERY IMPORTANT tell us when you are likely to require the item. Then send the order. About one week before the required date we will email or phone if you wish and ask if you now want to complete this transaction and receive the goods. If your answer is yes you will be shown how to complete the transaction either online, by phone or fax. There is no obligation to complete the transaction if you do not require the items. We shall cancel your reserved order after the date you have given.

The advantage to you are several.

  1. Reserve items when you see something interesting but pay and receive them closer to the time you require them.
  2. As long as the items were available at the time of order they will be set aside for you. Later even if that product range is discontinued your item will be reserved.
  3. Once an item is set aside for you any future price increases would not affect you.
  4. Avoid disappointments by not ordering at the last minute for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Christmas and Valentines Day.

Privacy and Security Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only ise the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Conduct.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not email you in future unless you have given us your consent. We will not pass your e-mail address, your postal address, or your phone number to any other trader without your explicit permission.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:
Your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and credit/debit card details
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccurancies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour to our site. The specific technology we may use will help us to locate the route via which you came to our site, such as search engines, browsers, shopping malls, etc. This is to help us promote our site int he most efficient way. You can modify your browser setting to avoid anyone identifying you. If you have any questions/comments about privacy, you should e-mail us.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

The law of England shall apply to this Agreement irrespective of the place of delivery.
