For a perfect fit, follow this easy measuring guide (you may find it easier to ask someone to help you). We recommend that you wear an unpadded bra when taking these measurements.

To find your bra size

Measure in inches around your back and under your bust, holding the tapefirmly.

If your measurement is an even number, add four inches
For example, 30" + 4" = 34"
34" is your bra size

If your measurement is an odd number add five inches
For example, 31" + 5" = 36"
36" is your bra size

To find your cup size

Measure around the fullest part of your bust, ensuring the tape is level.

Compare this measurement with your bra size and if it is:

1" less = AA cup
same size = A cup
1" more = B cup
2" more = C cup
3" more = D cup
4" more = DD cup

5" more = E cup
6" more = F cup
7" more = FF cup
8" more = G cup
9" more = GG cup
10" more = H cup
