How to achieve a stunning cleavage
 

With the right combination of diet and exercise, you'll have a bust to die for!

Every woman has what it takes to get a luscious, soft cleavage and firm breasts. It's never too late to boost your charms to their fantastic, youthful best. All you have to do is eat well, exercise and believe in yourself!

  1. Diet Tips
    • Don't lose too much weight.
      Breasts are mostly fatty tissue, so when you lose fat your boobs droop. Of course, this doesn't mean that you can afford to be overweight, but eat plenty and convert the extra calories into firm, lean muscle and you'll look great.

    • Drink fluids
      What's the differnce between a prune and a plum? It's water - and if you've looked down your top and seen a couple of prunes nestling, don't panic. Drink six glasses a day, starting now.

    • "Eat" fluids
      Yes, the equivalent of another three glasses of water can be found in your food. Here are the four most water-filled foods to include in your breast beauty diet.
      • Tomatoes - 93% water
      • Melon - 90% water
      • Spinach - 89% water
      • Shellfish - 85% water


    • Eat olives
      Eating an olive 10 minutes before every meal stops overeating. So say Italian women, famed for their lush boobs and meltingly lovely skin. Also use olive oil on salads.

    • Drink milk
      Natures "complete food" helps grow dewy soft new skin and healthy muscle fibre, so try a milk diet one day a week. You can drink up to two pints of skimmed or semi-skimmed milk, as many vegetables as you want and four pieces of fruit. You'll feel energetic too, but eat normally on other days.

    • Eat meaty
      Red meat is a must for high iron and protein, giving a beauty boost for perfect skin and growing lean muscle tissue. Try a juicy steak twice a week, lean mince dishes and lamb or pork. If you are vegetarian, you should eat nut roasts or cutlets which are also high in protein and essential fats for skin.

    • Fish for compliments
      Oily fish like sardines, trout, mackerel and salmon are great for skin-boosting essestial oils and vitamins.


  2. The best ways to boost your assets
    Quick and easy exercises to big up your chest.

    Think of your chest being like a mattress - with burst springs and not enough filling it looks old and worn out! Great boobs need help to look their best and that means plumped, toned muscles for the support they deserve. You can't tone boobs, but you've got a series of muscles just waiting to lift and firm your chest so even the tiniest, flattest breasts will look their best. Just five minutes a day can make a big difference. And if you're particularly well endowned, strong muscles will help prevent the painful backache many big girls suffer.

    The exercises
    There's no need for fancy equipment or trips to the gym - make everything you do a beautiful boob workout. Here are your top breast-enhancing moves...

    • Clip the hedge
      Ok, you don't have a hedge, but that clipping movement is the greatest! Stretch out arms, elbows slightly bent and with slow, scissor movements, cross and re-cross hands 20 times. Repeat, holding a bottle of water in each hand to add weight.

    • Clip a high hedge
      As before, bend elbows and raise hands to ceiling, palms facing so you make an "L" shape with your arms. Criss-cross again, pressing elbows together 20 times.

    • Do reverse breaststroke
      No pool needed! Imagine you're doing the breaststroke, then reverse it, bringing arms forwards and inwards instead of backwards. Now do it holding a bottle of water securely in each hand. Perform 20 repetitions.

    • Press-ups
      This works the pectoralis major, the big muscles which plump out boobs beautifully. It also tones the front deltoids, which are supporting muscles for the shoulders. On hands and knees, lean forward and slowly bend knees, feet in air. Lower your chest to a count of 3, go up for one count. Do eight. Now lower to one count and push up to a count of 3. Do eight. These are tough! But doing them every day for a month will show a real difference.


    Other ways to tone
    • Carrying heavy shopping. This tones the arms and back.
    • Washing clothes by hand. Squeezing water out of clothes is a fantastic toner for the chest.
    • Driving the car - when at traffic lights, hold the steering wheel at "10 to 2" position and press elbows towards eachother. Hold
    • Lie on floor, hold baby or cat firmly on your chest with both hands, then lift up. Do as many as they'll let you!


  3. Getting the right support

    A good bra is so hard to find
    All the exercise and healthy eating in the world won't help if your boobs aren't getting the proper support. An amazing number of women get it wrong but there are some simple ways to a truly uplifting experience.
    • Bust spilling over cup - cup size too small
    • Bra standing away from body at front - band size too big (underwire should sit firmly against chest)
    • Underwire sticking into breast tissue - cup size too small
    • Bra riding up back - band size too big. Your bra should sit in a straight line around the back.
    • Red marks on shoulder - bra strap are too tight
    • Bust drooping from below cup - band size too big or cup size too small.
